Mapress/Steel Work -
Accredited installers of Mapress and steel pipework, ideal for high-pressure or high-volume gas infrastructure up to 4". Quick to install and fire rated, its the preferred method and product. We also provide optional aftercare. For example cage protection, painting and anti theft devices.
Commercial Run Backs -
Efficient rerouting of gas pipework from meters back into commercial premises, tailored for optimal performance and layout.
Decommissioning Pipework -
Safe and compliant removal or isolation of redundant gas pipework, ensuring systems are left secure and regulation-compliant.
Plant Room Pipework -
Full design and installation of gas and water pipework systems within mechanical plant rooms, including integration with boilers, pumps, and sprinkler systems. All work is carried out to the highest safety and compliance standards.
Turnkey Pipework (4” to 46”) -
Welded pipework systems supplied, installed and pressure tested.
Complete turnkey packages from 4-inch to 46-inch diameter. This includes Gas, Electric and water for domestic and commercial use.
Fire Stopping, IFC accredited -
Fire stopping to service penetrations that breach compartmentations using rockwool pro and IFC accredited personnel.
Domestic Purge and Relights -
Restoring gas flow to domestic appliances after works, with full purge and relight services carried out to standard.
New Pipework Installations -
Safe and compliant removal, isolation and installation of new/old gas pipework, ensuring systems are left secure and regulation-compliant.
Gas Metering / Maintenance -
Full planning and installation of new gas pipework systems, tailored to the building’s layout and demand. Including the removal of the old system if required.
